Benefit Road Online Auction
This Auction will be live until Sunday August 22nd 2021. Auction will begin closing Sunday August 22, 2021, 1 lot every 20 seconds beginning at 7 PM. Pick up for this auction will be in the Hickory Section of Chesapeake on Wednesday August 25th from 9am to 430 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Address will be given to winning bidders and will be listed on the top of your paid invoice.
BY REGISTERING AND BIDDING ON OUR PLATFORM YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Failure to pick up your items will result in you forfeiting your items without refund and may result in permanent ban of our auctions. It is the bidders responsibility to know when pick up day is. Within 24 hours of the auction closing, all bidders will receive an email with their paid invoice and the pick up address listed at the top of the invoice. If you are unable to pick up on the designated date you may request that your eligible items be shipped at the buyers expense or you may send someone else to pick up your items on the scheduled pick up day. After reviewing your invoice, If you are unable to locate the pick up address (listed on the top of your invoice), please give us a call @ 757-482-7192 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Winning bidders must bring their own loading help and packing material. Coastal Downsizing does not supply any boxes or packing materials.
If any bidder fails to pay their invoice within 24 hours of the auction closing or fails to update credit card information they will be banned from any future auctions with Coastal Downsizing NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you require shipping on eligible items, "ITEM WILL HAVE A GREEN CHECK MARK AND IT WILL BE STATED THAT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE", it is your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of the auction closing by emailing a copy of your paid invoice to email@example.com. All shipping will be done approximately 3 business days after local pick up is complete. Once we package and weigh your items you will receive an email and text notification of shipping cost at which time you can pay online. Please be advised that Coastal Downsizing processes all shipping in house and we try to ship the most economical option. All packages are shipped with a tracking number via USPS, UPS, or FedEX. If shipping USPS please expect delays. All shipping invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
Bidder must submit tax exempt form via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you live in Virginia and are tax exempt you must submit a completed Sales and Use tax Certificate of Exemption ST-10. We must receive your tax exempt forms prior to the auction closing. If you don't receive an email conformation within 24 hours that we received it then bidder must call us at 757-482-7192. No tax exempt certificates will be accepted once auction starts to close. Coastal Downsizing WILL NOT credit any tax after the auction closes NO EXCEPTIONS
Coastal Downsizing recommends that ALL BIDDERS request a preview appointment for any items that bidder may be interested in. Coastal Downsizing uses best efforts to photograph and describe the items accurately however items may have damage that we did not see and bidder should NEVER assume that all defects have been listed. It's the sole responsibility of the bidder to request a preview of the items before the auction ends or before bids are placed. Most preview appointments are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. No preview appointments are done on weekends or holidays. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE BUYING ALL ITEMS AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
