🗓️ Preview Date: Monday November 25th 2024
⏰ Preview Time:9am-11am by appointment only. You must be a registered bidder and contact Becky via phone or text at 757-871-4751 with your name and items you would like to preview to receive an appointment time and address. Scheduling of Appointment must be done by Sunday 11/24/24 at 5pm
🗓️ Auction Begins Closing: Monday December 2nd 2024 at 7pm at a rate of 1 lot every 20 seconds with a 60 second extension for bids placed in the last 60 seconds.
🗓 Pick-Up Date: Wednesday December 4th 2024
⏰ Pick-Up Time: 9am to 5pm and will be by scheduled pick up due to parking

Please Note: there are 52 steps from parking to the front door (see video on Lot 1) Coastal will attempt to have people on hand to help retrieve your items and help with moving furniture down the stairs. Moving and loading help is NOT guaranteed and is on a first come basis, please come prepared with help to move and load your items down the steps to your vehicle.***
Address will be given to winning bidders via email for scheduling your pick up time. Once you schedule your time slot, you will be given the pick up address on the next screen.
