IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID

We appreciate your participation in our online auction event, "Coin and Collectibles Online Auction." 

We appreciate your support and eagerly anticipate your continued participation in our upcoming auctions. Our primary objective is to ensure the satisfaction of both sellers and buyers, and we strive to create positive experiences for all involved.

In addition to our existing terms and conditions, please take note of the following terms specific to this auction:

1. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be applied. For instance, if your final winning bid is $100, you will be paying $115.00 for the item. 
2. Local buyers have the option to pay by credit card; however, a 3% surcharge will be added to the invoice total. This surcharge is separate from the 15% Buyer's Premium. Alternatively, buyers can choose to pay in cash during pick-up to waive this fee.
3. Please be informed that Virginia does not impose taxes on precious metal coins or bullion.
4. All items won in this auction will be shipped upon request and receipt of payment. To facilitate the payment process, we accept cashiers checks, bank wire transfers, or Zelle. Please contact us immediately after the auction concludes for detailed payment instructions. Once your payment clears our bank, your items will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS. For security purposes, a signature will be required upon delivery, and the shipment will be appropriately insured. Our shipping partner, Shipping Saint, will handle all shipping arrangements. Once your item is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing a link to pay for the shipping cost. Please ensure that the shipping address matches the address on file. Note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Postal stores; the shipping address must be a residential or registered business address. In the event of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package, the bidder is responsible for initiating and completing all necessary insurance claims through Shipping Saint. Coastal Downsizing will not be liable for any claims.
5. By participating in this auction, bidders acknowledge that they have carefully read and understood both these specific terms and conditions and our standard terms and conditions. Bidders also acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to inquire, ask questions, preview, or review any item in this auction, either through digital means or by in person preview.
